Alisha Welch

Alisha’s passion for wellness has led her to study many types of healing modalities. Over the past 20 years she has incorporated all of her knowledge and expertise into holistic programs that address the body’s innate ability to heal. She has worked in private homes, corporate settings, Wellness Centers, Integrative Medicine clinics, Scripps Hospitals, and with numerous Non-profit organizations (Chanda Plan Foundation, Challenged Athletes Foundation and Awakenings Health Institute). She believes we all have the ability to heal and with her guidance she awakens that potential by empowering the individual through mindful practices that work deeply with the body, mind and spirit.
