Located in Southern California, just 45 minutes southeast of Santa Barbara this land was first settled by the Chumash Indians, whom practiced herbal medicine and has been dubbed the “Valley of the Moon”. With expansive views, scents of jasmine and sage, and numerous hiking trails through the Los Padres National Forest this getaway will be sure you to leave you rejuvenated.
Santa Teresa is located at the tip of the Nicoya Peninsula. This quaint surfer/yogi town is off the beaten path. The retreat villas are surrounded by lush jungle, undisturbed coastline, and large open beaches. A short walk from the villas lead to Playa Hermosa, an excellent beach for beginner and advanced surfers. Local and healthy meals are provided daily by a Costa Rican chef. Sunrise meditation and daily morning yoga will offer a challenge and rejuvenation to enhance your vacation. Afternoons are open for surfing, exploring, or relaxing in a hammock. Evenings offer amazing sunsets, perfect for meditation walks and yoga play on the beach, bonfires and stargazing!
